NO! This course is broken up into VERY short audio segments 2-15 minutes long that you can listen to throughout the 6 weeks at your own pace. Each week will be "dripped" one at a time. You will have lifetime access and can listen to it anytime and more than once! There are a few tasks to get you started and help you sustain long-term success. These should take no more than 15 minutes to accomplish.
