Do you offer refunds/cancellations?
You are always in complete control of your account, including your billing. You can canel at anytime. We make cancelation simple and painless. Many of our courses contain downloads and recorded video or audio content. Because of the nature of the content, courses, coaching and downloads are not refundable.
How long will I have access to the course?
With a membership, you have access to the course content until you cancel your membership. For single courses, once you purchase the content, you have lifetime access to the course. Lifetime refers to the life of the course platform. If they close the platform down completely, you will lose access. If we move to another platform in the future, your access will be moved with it and you will be provided with new logins. If you have a payment plan, and do not complete it, you will lose access to that course.
What support can I expect to receive?
We have several options for support during and after your courses. We offer a variety of levels of course materials to support your individual needs. If you aren't getting what you need from your current level, consider upgrading for more challenging content.
For added support, join your membership community and post questions and start discussions. Purchasing individual coaching hours may be the most helpful for specific problems that require added consideration and an action plan for acheiving resolution.

Is there a course guarantee?
You are guaranteed to get out of the courses and membership as much as you are willing to put into it. If you feel you haven't gotten the maximum value, go back through the contnet and evaluate if you have fully engaged the material and completed the activities. If you haven't changed any of your habits or behaviors based on the course content, you haven't fully utilized the material.
